An absolute critical component to thermal spray systems is the powder feeder. The two common types used are the rotating disk and the fluidized bed powder feeders. I have been asked various times as to which one is the best.
Some of the more common fluidized bed powder feeders are the 4MP, 9MP, and the DJP.
The common rotating disk powder feeders are the PF 700, the AT 1200. and the 1264,.
