PA # 13 443 29033 19222 A Ni-Cr-Al self-bonding composite powder for excellent resistance to high temperature oxidation and corrosive gases. Can be finished by Carbide tools or grinding. For salvage and buildup of Ni and Ni alloys where high temperature oxidation is encountered. PA # 13 is NOT self-bonding when Combustion sprayed though it exhibits high bondstrength; hence correct surface preparation is advised for combustion sprayed coatings. PA # 33 43C xxx A Ni-Cr alloy powder coatings of which are resistant to oxidation and corrosion at temperatures up to 1800 deg F. Coatings of PA #33 are easily machinable with Carbide tools. Used as an oxidation resistant undercoating for ceramics for high temperature oxidation resistant applications for buildup on Carbon and low alloy steels. Hardness: Rb 70 Density: 6.3 g/cc

PA # 44 56F xxx A fine Ni powder which produces hard dense coatings for buildup on Ni and Ni alloy parts. Because of its very fine size, it can be sprayed with Plasma Spray system only. PA # 64 91 19666 29077 A low Carbon Iron powder. Coatings are machinable and have good wear resistance for lubricated service. Not specified where corrosion resistance is required. This is an inexpensive material for heavy buildups or buffer layers. Can be finished to a fine finish. Hardness: Rb 20-29 Density: 6.9 g/cc
PA # 65 92 xxx A high Carbon steel powder in fine mesh size for dense, hard coatings for Plasma spraying. Can be finished by grinding only to a smooth finish. Inexpensive material for hard, wear resistant, high buildup coatings. Hardness: Rc 47 Density: 6.8 g/cc
PA # 67 350C xxx A high Carbon steel powder with a high percentage of Mo for Plasma spray applications for dense, hard, wear resistant coatings. Gives high bondstrength. Can be ground to a very high finish. Resists abrasive grains, hard surfaces at low temperatures. Applications include brake drums, forging tools, exhaust valves and seats etc. Hardness: Rc 59-62 Fusing temp: 1875°F
PA # 102 16C xxx A self-fluxing Ni base alloy powder for spray and fuse applications giving dense, pore free coatings. Resists wear by abrasive grains and hard surfaces, fretting and cavitation. Similar to PA # 101 but can achieve higher buildups without cracking. Good for forging tools, plug gauges, cam followers, exhaust valves and seats. Hardness: Rc 60 Fusing temp: 1950°F

PA # 1118 452 xxx A composite Nickel-Iron-Aluminum self-bonding powder specially formulated to be a good general purpose self-bonding powder which has a high bond strength and superior machinability due to a high percentage of Iron in it. It also has high wear and oxidation resistance. Similar to our PA #11 it undergoes an exothermic reaction during spraying. Coatings of PA #1118 are dense and can be used for high temperature applications up to 1500degF. Typical applications are miss-machined and worn parts, machine bed ways, press fits, exhaust valve seats, etc. Hardness: Rb 80-85 Density: 6.7 g/cc
PA # 8713 AT xxx xxx A special Aluminum Oxide blend plasma spray powder which produces deposits to combat wear and heat resistant coatings for applications up to 1000degF. Coatings are dense and are resistant to corrosive effects of most acids and alkalies. Can be finished to an excellent finish by grinding or lapping. Hardness: Rc 62-65 Density: 3.5 g/cc
PA # 99T xxx xxx A specially manufactured high purity, uniformly sized Titanium Dioxide plasma spray powder which produces deposits to combat wear by abrasive grains and hard surfaces at temperatures up to 1000degF. PA # 985 A xxx xxx A specially sized and manufactured white Aluminum Oxide plasma spray powder to produce deposits which are dense and hard and show good resistance to wear by abrasion. PA # 48 CR0 xxx xxx A high purity Chromium Oxide plasma spray powder giving extremely hard wear and corrosion resistant coatings, particularly resistant to acids, alkalies and alcohol.
